WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer returns on the product. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, message us for details about the matter and how we can best resolve it for you. We are here for you.
ARE ALL SALES FINAL?
If you placed an order by mistake and want us to cancel or if you placed an order for the wrong amount, please message us as soon as possible, so we can resolve this situation.
WHY ARE QUINCE SOLD BY THE POUND (LB)?
To ensure consistency, we sell the quince by weight (per lb)Â and not by units (per fruit). Not all fruit will be the same size, but a pound will always be a pound.
HOW MANY QUINCE PER POUND?
1 pound (lb)Â of quince contains 3-4 medium to large size fruit.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Some customers prefer smaller size fruit, other have a preference for lighter yellow, or even greener fruit. Message us for any details or specifics you may need. We will provide accommodations as best as we can.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING
We ship each fruit in a foam mesh to protect it from damage and pack our boxes with paper to avoid damage and bruising to our product. We also provide gift wrapping, message us for any specifics you may need.
HOW DO I CARE FOR QUINCE?
Quince fruit has a fuzz that allows it to keep longer, wash this off and dry when you are ready to eat. Quince does not mold but rots. The fruit is segmented, a bruised or dark spot can be removed but does not effect edibility of fruit.

We can and do support large volume wholesale orders, as we do produce metric tons yearly. Message us for any questions or specifics, we can accommodate for your needs.
