Cajeta de Membrillo/Quince Cheese
The cajeta, dulce de membrillo, ate de membrillo, or quince cheese/paste, is made from the quinces/membrillos that are the main staple crop here at the farm.
The cajeta can be sliced, as it is solidified with the natural pectin found inside the quince.
The perfect addition to your charcuterie board; pair with cheese, spread it on bread, or dice it up on your salad for some added sweetness.
These are a small batch production.
Available in 2 sizes: 16 oz and 8 oz.
Made with only 4 ingredients: membrillo/quince, cane sugar, lemon juice, and water.
This product is made in a home kitchen and not inspected by the Dept of State Health Services or a local health dept.
